The toe area is made of a synthetic material for high abrasion resistance. An extended synthetic PU gaiter helps seal out excessive water and dirt.

A contoured TPU calf protector plate, an upper medial TPU protector, an outer lateral ankle TPU protector, and a TPU heel counter provide support and impact resistance. 
A rear TPR patch, applied over the TPU calf protector, offers protection and comfort during rear flexion. An injected TPU shin plate is connected to a medial TPU protective panel; the top features a hook-and-loop closure combined with a TPR flap, allowing for extensive adjustment and support for the calf fit. The upper medial TPU protector is designed with a technical texture for improved grip. 
A biomechanical medial blade system allows for good front and rear flexion while providing support and protection to the ankle. Ergonomic, triple-buckle TPU straps wrap across the front flex zone—from the medial protector to the lateral side—without compromising flexibility. 
The closure system includes three polymer buckles featuring an innovative fastening mechanism. This closure system includes a memory-enabled ratchet and a quick-release/locking mechanism with a self-aligning design, ensuring easy and precise fastening; all buckles are replaceable. The foot shell is a single-piece, dual-compound TPU-injected component, reinforced with a metal shank integrated into a co-injected toe reinforcement. 
Soft foam padding surrounds the ankles and collar, providing comfort and shock-absorbing performance. A full textile lining enhances overall comfort. The EVA footbed is replaceable and features a textile top layer. The boot incorporates an Alpinestars-exclusive all-terrain sole made from a high-grip rubber compound. The sole is replaceable.
