The upper structure is crafted from an innovative, lightweight microfiber material that is both flexible and abrasion-resistant. Lightweight microfiber on the front and rear flex zones provides enhanced comfort.

The toe area is made of a synthetic material for high abrasion resistance. An extended synthetic PU gaiter helps seal out excessive water and dirt.

A contoured TPU calf protector plate, an upper medial TPU protector, an outer lateral ankle protector, and a TPU heel counter provide support and impact resistance.

A TPR rear patch, positioned over the TPU calf protector, offers protection and comfort during rearward flexion. An injected TPU shin plate is integrated with a medial TPU protective panel; a top hook-and-loop closure, combined with a TPR flap, allows for extensive adjustment and support around the calf. The upper medial TPU protector features a technical texture designed for improved grip.

A biomechanical medial blade system allows for effective forward and rearward flexion while providing support and protection to the ankle. Ergonomic, triple-buckle TPU straps wrap across the front flex zone—from the medial protector to the lateral side—without restricting natural movement.

The closure system incorporates three polymer buckles featuring an innovative locking mechanism. This system includes a memory-enabled ratchet and a quick-release/locking design with self-aligning components for easy, precise fastening; all buckles are replaceable. Single-piece, dual-compound injected TPU foot shell, reinforced by a metal shank integrated into a co-injected toe reinforcement.

Soft foam surrounds the ankles and collar, providing comfort and shock-absorbing performance. Full textile lining for added comfort. Replaceable EVA footbed with a textile top layer. Alpinestars-exclusive all-terrain sole, featuring a high-grip rubber compound. The sole is replaceable.
