The all-new Crossfire 3 is constructed from Technomicro and features PU protective elements. The tongue and rear joints are padded with closed-cell material to prevent water and sweat absorption.

The toe area is fully covered by protective plastic panels featuring a raised geometric design for enhanced grip. The boot is equipped with a metatarsal guard. A rigid nylon insert protects the inner part of the boot should the rider's foot slip off the footpeg or kick-starter; this insert is replaceable by removing four screws.

The plastic components of the Crossfire 3, including the heel, feature a completely new design. The anatomical heel is made of PU; its specific shape has been refined to enhance foot safety against twisting forces, ensuring both comfort and stability.

CROSSFIRE 3 Joints

Like the previous version, the Crossfire 3 is equipped with two joints. The first—a lower joint at the ankle known as the hyper-extension block—incorporates new technology designed to prevent hyper-extension of the ankle, instep, and rear tendon during forward and backward leg flexion, thereby increasing rider safety.

The second joint, located on the bootleg, improves the boot's flexibility and fit. This allows the rider to independently adjust the calf closure to their specific needs, ensuring a comfortable fit.

On the back of the boot, between the two joints and the cable guides, there is a graphic design element featuring a PU insert. The boot leg features a replaceable inner calf plate made of PU and a molded rubber insert to protect the leg from exhaust heat and wear. The calf plate has a dual internal adjustment system, allowing the boot's circumference to be expanded to accommodate larger calves and shin guards.

This adjustment range has been increased to enhance performance. The front shin plate is anatomically shaped and replaceable. The Crossfire 3 utilizes four adjustable micro-buckles, each featuring indented straps with a memory-retention micrometric adjustment system. Buckles, straps, and retaining clips are easily replaceable. The buckles attach at a single point (via a screw), allowing for easy closure and enabling the buckles to adapt to the rider's position.

A key feature of the boot is that all four closure buckles operate independently of one another. A spoiler has been added to deflect stones and debris away from the first buckle and to protect the buckle itself.

The central strap system can be quickly replaced (in the event of wear) thanks to two screws securing it to the boot; it is available in two sizes (40–43 and 44–50).

Internally, the Crossfire 3 is lined with Cambrelle (in the toe area), while the section extending from the ankle to mid-calf is lined with Teflon-treated air mesh. The Teflon treatment prevents the full absorption of water and sweat; by effectively preventing water retention, the boot dries quickly, and the treatment also inhibits mold growth.

Cambrelle is a lining material that, thanks to its unique polyamide structure, is highly abrasion-resistant and offers excellent moisture absorption, ensuring rapid drying. The upper inner leg is lined with soft mesh and features special shin padding.

The ankle area is protected by ergonomic, closed-cell memory foam padding.

The top features an elastic gaiter equipped with a heat-resistant suede protective grip panel against the calf plate. The gaiter closes with a Velcro strap featuring a soft PU insert to prevent stones and dust from entering the boot.

The boot leg is fully assembled using screws—with no stitching—and is completely replaceable.
