Multi-layer composite shell: Combines carbon, aramid fiber, and fiberglass with pre-impregnated (pre-preg) epoxy resin to deliver a lightweight, strong, and rigid structure that offers energy dissipation, controlled deformation, and penetration resistance.
Aerodynamic shell profile: The sleek external design eliminates external channels and potential load points in the event of an impact, while a dedicated collarbone recess helps minimize contact between the shell and the rider’s body during a slide.
Multi-density EPS inner shell: Seven EPS sections with six different densities are strategically positioned to provide targeted impact absorption, with dimensions tailored to each specific helmet size.
PLASMA collarbone inserts: Two patented PLASMA sections are integrated into the collarbone recesses, providing additional impact absorption in this critical area.
Rotational impact management: A specific EPS geometry and a specialized internal structure work in synergy with a custom-developed inner liner surface to reduce the rotational acceleration transmitted to the rider’s head.
