Whether on or off-road, the HORNET ADV 06 is the ideal companion for motorcycle adventures and touring.

Its visor offers stable and durable protection against glare. Thanks to its aerodynamically optimized shape, this visor generates minimal lift even at higher speeds. Perfectly balanced, the helmet relieves the rider's neck muscles even on longer trips or rougher terrain.

A 6-layer composition of fiberglass, organic fibers, and high-performance fiber materials forms the basis of the SHOEI HORNET ADV 06's AIM+ (Advanced Integrated Matrix Plus) outer shell. Together with a polystyrene inner liner composed of several elements with different absorption capacities, this outer shell offers optimal impact protection with a relatively low overall helmet weight.

The standard clear visor with a wide field of vision offers protection from weather, dust, and stone chips and can be replaced without tools thanks to a quick-change mechanism. The included PINLOCK® EVO anti-fog visor ensures clear vision even in adverse weather conditions.

The chin strap with double D-ring closure is easily adjustable and keeps the helmet securely in place.

The EQRS (Emergency Quick Release System) makes it easy to remove the cheek pads in an emergency, allowing for gentle removal of the helmet.

The SHOEI HORNET ADV 06 meets the requirements of the ECE-R 22.06 motorcycle helmet test standard.

Four different outer shell sizes (XS-S | M | L | XL-XXL) make the SHOEI HORNET ADV 06 a compact companion for motorcycle adventures and allow for an optimal helmet-to-rider ratio. Its good balance, relatively low weight, and barely noticeable visor lift relieve neck muscles, whether on endless highways or dusty trails.

The center pad, designed for effective ventilation, as well as the three-dimensionally pre-shaped cheek pads and chin strap cover, are completely removable and washable. Cheek pads and center pads of varying thicknesses are available for individual helmet adjustment.

Removable ear pads effectively reduce noise.

Recesses in the ear area allow for the installation of an intercom system.

The SHOEI HORNET ADV 06's four adjustable air intakes and four air outlets effectively improve air exchange and thus significantly reduce temperature and humidity inside the helmet. The result is a pleasant interior climate, whether on the highway or the racetrack.

An integrated spoiler improves the aerodynamic performance of the SHOEI HORNET ADV 06. The perforated visor, integrated into the aerodynamic concept, offers excellent protection against glare, dirt, and stone chips, while minimizing wind resistance.

Visors are available for the SHOEI HORNET ADV 06 in a range of tints and mirror coatings, which can be used in compliance with ECE homologation regulations. The helmet is originally equipped with a clear CNS-2 visor, available in variable-tint versions. All visors of this type can be fitted with PINLOCK®EVO anti-fog lenses, one of which is included with the helmet.

The SHOEI spare parts range includes cheek pads and center pads of various thicknesses and sizes to replace the original pads or for individual helmet adjustment. A chin strap cover, breath guard, and chin curtain are also available.

The SHOEI HORNET ADV 06 comes with a PINLOCK®EVO lens for use with the CNS-2 visor with which the helmet is originally equipped, including mounting pins for replacement. Additionally, a breath guard, a chin curtain, a SHOEI logo sticker, an original SHOEI bag for careful storage of the helmet and silicone oil for maintaining the visor seal and mechanism are included in the original scope of delivery.
