Tech-Air® 10 V2 represents the pinnacle of Alpinestars airbag innovation, offering MotoGP-derived protection in a slim, fully autonomous wearable system.

Designed for racers, track day enthusiasts, and street riders, it provides Level 2 airbag protection for the chest and back, while also covering the shoulders and hips—making it the only airbag system on the market to offer dedicated hip protection. Engineered to be worn under a properly fitted one- or two-piece suit, Tech-Air® 10 V2 sets the benchmark for comprehensive, class-leading rider safety.

A new activation tab integrated into the waistband and a new integrated LED display ensure immediate usability.

01. SIMPLIFIED ACTIVATION
1. Open the box.
2. Put on the system and fasten the waist belt.
3. Place the magnetic tab onto the activation belt's docking area.
4. Wait five seconds.
5. Check that the LED display shows a solid YELLOW and a solid GREEN light to confirm the system has powered on.
6. Once normal system operation is confirmed via the green or yellow LED, the user can put on their outer garment.
7. When the system detects rider movement, it becomes active, and the LED light changes to GREEN.
8. Users can easily turn off the system by removing the magnetic tab from the activation belt's docking area.

Unrivaled coverage: shoulders, chest, full back, and hips. 12 integrated sensors (3 tri-axial accelerometers plus 1 tri-axial gyroscope) with AI-based impact detection trigger the airbag in 40 ms. Reduces impact force by up to 95%, equivalent to 18 back protectors. Dual argon gas canisters ensure full coverage (no dual-charge required). CE Level 2 certification for chest and back.

Charging dock for the LED display integrated into the inner belt. Magnetic USB-C cable and charger included. Airbag certified for three deployments. After each deployment, the system must be inspected by an authorized Alpinestars Tech-Air® service center, which will perform an airbag inflation test. If the test is passed, service involves only replacing the gas canisters. After the third deployment or if damage is detected, full maintenance is required (replacement of gas canisters and airbag).
