1. Booking and Purchase
To purchase products from the e-shop, the Customer must access the designated section of the website. Each product for sale is accompanied by a photo, a description, and a price that varies depending on the destination country. Products can be selected and booked directly within the e-shop. Simply select the quantity and confirm, choosing any available variations. The selected products will then be added to the virtual cart. The Customer can add, delete, or confirm all selected items at any time.
To confirm an order, the Customer can proceed as follows:
- If already registered, by logging in with their email and password;
- If not registered, by completing the registration process and providing all required information;
- As a guest, by entering the necessary details when requested in order to finalize the purchase.
The purchase is considered final for VALERISPORT srl only when the order has been confirmed by the company via email with the “VS Order Confirmation” form. The confirmation will be sent within a maximum of 2 business days from receipt of the order.
VALERISPORT srl reserves the right not to accept the order if the information provided by the Customer is incorrect or misleading (e.g. invalid payment details, incorrect billing information, or incomplete shipping address), or if there are errors on the Website regarding the ordered products (e.g. pricing, availability, or description mistakes).
The product catalog is as accurate and up-to-date as possible, but all content on the Website is intended for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding representation or warranty. Images, descriptions, and illustrations are indicative only, and colors may differ due to monitor settings.
2. Product Availability and Prices
Each item shows the unit sales price in the local currency, inclusive of VAT and excluding shipping costs. Shipping fees vary based on delivery method, product quantity, volume, weight, and destination, and will be shown during the purchase process and in the “VS Order Confirmation” form.
Not all products in the e-shop are available in stock. In case of delays or temporary unavailability, the Customer will be promptly informed via email.
VALERISPORT srl ships to all countries listed during registration. However, customs-related issues may occasionally prevent delivery. In such cases, the Customer will be informed by email and refunded accordingly.
3. Payment Methods
The Customer may use the following payment methods:
- Credit cards from the NEXI, VISA, and MASTERCARD circuits;
- Bank transfer.

4. Shipping and Delivery Times
All products ordered by the Customer and confirmed by VALERISPORT srl will be shipped via express courier (national or international) to the delivery address provided by the Customer. Shipping fees will be shown during the purchase process and in the “VS Order Confirmation” form, based on the destination country. Orders will be shipped only after the full payment has been properly received and confirmed.
Indicative delivery times:
Italy: 24 to 72 hours depending on the region;
EU: within 6 business days from shipment;
Non-EU: approximately 10 business days from shipment.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. Any changes to the above will be communicated to the Customer via email.
5. Returns and Shipping
In-Store Return:
For online purchases, you can also contact our physical stores for assistance. You may request a free size exchange or return the item in-store in exchange for a store credit valid for 24 months.
Online Return – Pickup Service:
Request a return by emailing info@valerisport.it. We will send you instructions to book a courier pickup at your chosen address and date. This service costs €9.00. You can then choose to receive a refund, gift card, or exchange.
Online Return – Ship to Our Warehouse:
Request a return by emailing info@valerisport.it. We will send instructions on how to ship the item to our warehouse. You may then choose a refund, gift card, or exchange.
GENERAL RETURN INFORMATION:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase if the product is in “as new” condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Monetary refunds for online purchases are processed within 5 days of receiving the return.
- COD or freight collect shipments will not be accepted by VALERISPORT srl.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
- Items that are incomplete, worn, damaged, or soiled due to Customer handling will not be refunded and will not be eligible for store credit.
- If the return is due to a VALERISPORT srl error, shipping costs will be covered by us. In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract under Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, without providing any reason, within 14 business days from receipt of the goods. Withdrawal must be communicated via email to info@valerisport.it within the specified period. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, products must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and only after agreement with VALERISPORT srl. The goods must be shipped insured and prepaid to:

7. Import Taxes and Customs Duties
Products sold are not subject to import taxes or customs duties if delivered within Italy or the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU, products may be subject to import taxes or customs duties depending on the type of product and the destination country.
It is not possible to predict whether and what costs will be incurred during customs clearance. For more information, please contact the customs office in your country. Any import taxes or customs duties are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
8. Governing Law
All contracts are considered concluded in Italy and are governed by Italian law.
