The TECNO 3 IRON closes the boot and adjusts the calf circumference with a steel wire that passes through the cuff and attaches to the internal wire guide. The TECNO 3 IRON, cuff, and wire guide are replaceable.
ANKLE SUPPORT BEAMS
and AIR INTAKE
The two nylon beams, which are centered on the ankle via two screws hidden by a nylon interlocking cap, serve as ankle support. They are reinforced with fiberglass and are easily replaceable. They allow for excellent flexion.
An air intake has been inserted into the lower outer part of the boot, operated with an aerodynamic button.
ELASTIC INSERT
To facilitate zipper closure, especially in the ankle area, Sidi has added an elastic insert that expands to allow greater movement and facilitates the operation.
SHOCK-ABSORBING HEEL REPLACEABLE SLIDE
A polyurethane shell houses a shock-absorbing insert visible from the outside through small slits that characterize the heel's look. The shell is removable because it is fixed to the boot with two screws that allow for a 3 mm excursion in the event of an impact.
The slider is replaceable and available in all-nylon or with ceramic or aluminum inserts.
