This CE-certified boot promotes core stability and flex through a biomechanical pivot, offering excellent ankle protection. Construction

• Boot chassis designed with an ergonomically profiled forefoot and lower toe-box to provide easier shifting and improved rear brake feel and control.

• Incorporation of an innovative one-piece injected double-compound foot shell with toe protector and integrated steel shank. The shell is highly resistant to abrasion and impact, adding to the boot's overall durability and improving boot rationalization.

• Upper constructed from an innovative, flexible and abrasion-resistant microfiber material. The upper material is reinforced with PU for high levels of water resistance and durability, while also improving weight-saving performance. The material ensures a consistent fit even with long-term use and is easy to maintain and clean.

Protection

• The Tech 7 boot is CE certified to EN 13634:2010 and features a unique, high-strength construction that offers durability and protective performance.

• The contoured calf protector plate is injected with a high-modulus polymer for impact resistance and incorporates the Alpinestars-developed Blade Flex system for greater control and precision movement, additional protection for the heel and Achilles tendon, and helps prevent hyperflexion.

• New TPU ankle protection system incorporates a biomechanical connection between the central and lower sections of the boot, helping prevent damage to the leg while providing progressive force relief from torsional forces.

• Alpinestars-developed TPU and medial protection are constructed from a single piece for greater structural integrity and stability.

• The TPU side panel includes an advanced honeycomb rubber insert and is designed for excellent grip against the bike, protecting against impact.

• The new Dual Compound sole is seamlessly integrated into the base structure for superior durability and features high-grip rubber patterning and enhanced feel. The sole and footpeg insert are replaceable.

• The anatomically profiled shin plate features a dual closure system with an internal microfiber flap and Velcro® for precise closure, while the robust and durable shin plate is securely fastened with a precision-adjustable buckle.

• Wide entry opening for convenience and allows for a wide calf fit and support.

• Innovative buckle closure system includes high-impact aluminum bridge buckles with memory settings and a quick release/locking system with self-aligning design for easy, precise closure and improved riding performance. All buckles are replaceable.
