The new Double Flex Control system features a polyurethane joint positioned in the ankle area to provide optimal forward/backward flexibility.

The system is anchored to the boot cuff via two hidden screws positioned at the malleoli. This special construction promotes frontal flexibility of up to 18 degrees and, thanks to the presence of two fins that slide inside special pockets, controls the rear flexibility of the shaft, which does not exceed 15 degrees, thus avoiding potential joint trauma caused by extension beyond its natural limits. The Double Flex Control system structure integrates a closure band that works in synergy with the system. This band follows the natural flexion of the ankle joint and allows for a precise hold, resulting in increased riding performance. The shaft features an external polyurethane structure and a soft internal upper designed to offer perfect leg wrapping and a resulting excellent level of comfort.
Internal upper construction details:
1. Soft microfiber for a better calf fit;
2. Double Velcro® closure;
3. Elastic upper collar to prevent mud, dust, and debris from entering.
The PU boot leg features a rubber heat shield, which also provides optimal grip on the motorcycle frame. The polyurethane shin guard features an adjustment system designed to perfectly adapt to different calf sizes and the insertion of knee braces/protectors. This adjustment is based on a system of screws that slide inside hidden holes, each with two different positions to choose from depending on the desired range of adjustment. The new buckles feature an ergonomic design that makes opening easy, even when wearing gloves. The unique structure ensures micro-adjustment and optimal centering of each individual buckle and is completely interchangeable.
Closure lever composition:
1. Micro-adjustable toothed band with an aluminum pull rod;
2 Lever in Aluminum and Nylon 66 to facilitate the sliding of the tie rod and allow easy closing of the lever even in the presence of dust and mud.
