A design for the future
The Sand 5 H2O Ladies has a slightly more speed-oriented character than the more casual Sand 4. Adventure bikes are becoming increasingly sporty and dynamic, and the Sand 5 H2O Ladies reflects this change in the industry. Thanks to this new design, we were able to include hidden ventilation panels on both front thighs, adjustable calf straps and small and practical - but really small - mesh pockets despite the majority of the thigh being covered by the ventilation mesh panels. The materials used are of the highest quality, ensuring that the Sand 5 H2O trousers can handle any adventure.
The Over and Under Concept
We have taken our know-how on the over and under waterproof lining concept and applied it to our Sand 5 H2O Ladies trousers. The removable liner can be worn over or under the CE-certified shell, depending on your preference, to keep the rain out and keep you dry. The waterproof liner, made from resilient hydratex 3L material, features reinforcements on the seat and inside of the knees for durability. Additionally, due to the over-under construction, the waistband of the main pant, the shell, features a belt buckle and a strategically placed stretch insert in the center front of the pant for comfort when seated. The removable RWL waterproof layer features a snap with two-position adjustment. For added warmth and comfort on cold, wet days, a removable thermal liner is also included.
