The Sand series is an icon of the REV'IT! brand that embodies a distinctive style that has defined travel in the motorcycle industry over the years. This legacy continues with the Sand 5 H2O jacket.

The Evolution
The latest iteration of the Sand series is an evolution rather than a new development. The change is noticeable in small tweaks and adjustments aimed at improving overall performance. The Sand 5 H2O jacket (part of the Sand 5 H2O outfit with matching pants) remains as relevant today as it was 25 years ago. In creating the Sand 5, we achieved a delicate balance, paying homage to the past while looking to the future.
Changing Styles
The Sand 5 H2O jacket has a slightly sportier character than the Sand 4. Adventure motorcycles are becoming increasingly sporty and dynamic, and the Sand 5 H2O Ladies reflects this shift in the industry. In tune with the fast-paced nature of the sport and the thirst for adventure, the Sand 5 H2O jacket merges two genres into one. The jacket also features hydration pack ready storage in the lower back pocket (like our Trail Vest), with a cutout in the left corner to run a water tube under the arm and on the front to attach to the left side.
The Over and Under Concept
As we did with one of our ADV jackets, the Offtrack 2 H2O, we’ve applied our know-how on the over and under waterproof liner concept to the Sand 5 H2O jacket. The detachable hydratex 3L liner can be worn over or under the shell, depending on your personal preference, to keep the rain out and keep you dry. We recommend wearing it over the shell for the membrane’s high-performance properties and for its aesthetic value. For added warmth and comfort on cold, rainy days, a detachable thermal liner is also included that can be worn separately.
Special attention has been paid to the fit of the Sand 5 H2O jacket, to ensure that despite the straps and buckles, the shape and silhouette are still attractive from a design perspective. Additionally, the jacket is hydration-ready in the lower back pocket (like our Trail Vest), with a cutout in the left corner to run a water hose under the arm and across the front to attach to the left side.
