We want to make sure you can fully enjoy these moments while keeping yourself as comfortable and protected as possible. That's why we designed the Defender 3 GTX pants. It's a versatile pair of pants that are ready to tackle any type of weather you might encounter on the road. To keep you comfortable in cold and wet weather, we've equipped them with a removable 3-layer GORE-TEX waterproof liner, along with a removable thermal liner for insulation in colder temperatures. The exterior is equipped with stretch inserts above the knees and below the waist to increase freedom of movement during active riding or off-roading. When the temperature starts to rise during your ride, you can easily open the VCS ventilation panels on the upper legs and secure them with the Fidlock® magnetic closure. By opening the vent on the back of the pocket, you will create a constant flow of air through the pants, keeping your upper legs cool and comfortable. Under the robust ripstop outer material, we have integrated SEESMART CE-level 1 hip protectors and SEEFLEX CE-level 2 height-adjustable knee protectors. To increase abrasion resistance on the high-impact areas of the outer material, we have added a multi-layer protective print to the knee area. There are large pockets to store your essentials, including two waterproof pockets at the waist that are of the slit type and waterproof pockets on the upper legs. These side pockets are equipped with zippers to ensure that your items stay inside, in place. To get the perfect fit, you can adjust the waist and calf straps. With the hook-and-loop closures on the calves, you can adjust the pants to fit any pair of boots you might use. Furthermore, these pants are equipped with ventilation zippers, grip zones on the seat, long and short connection zippers and finally reflective elements on the calves; it's all integrated, for your convenience once you're on the trails. No matter the weather, with the versatile and robust Defender 3 GTX pants you are completely ready to make the most of your next adventure.
