The purpose of the Crater 2 WSP gloves is to keep your hands protected from the elements, especially wind. It sounds simple, but it is complicated. Simple because the goal is quite straightforward, but complicated because we use technical materials to make it happen. These gloves are made with GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER® technology, which means they offer absolute wind resistance, while remaining extremely breathable. They effectively protect against cold winds by providing ideal moisture management and offering improved next-to-skin comfort, fit, tactility and dexterity. Additionally, we have used Polar Fleece to keep the cold at bay. As for protection, the palm is made of abrasion-resistant, drum-dyed goatskin, combined with PWR|shell stretch on the back of the hand. Plus, these short-cuff gloves feature a hardshell knuckle covered in rib fabric, a Temperfoam® slider palm, and PWR|shield knit for the right amount of protection.
