The Bionic Tech V3 Protective Jacket features floating, removable, CE- and UKCA-certified Level 2 Polyhedron Hybrid Technology chest and back protectors, as well as Level 2 Nucleon Flex Pro shoulder and elbow protectors embedded in a highly breathable, race-tested stretch mesh base layer, offering riders unsurpassed levels of ventilation and upper body impact protection.

Both the dual-zone chest and back protectors feature a rigid core with a soft, flexible compound around the perimeter and are supported by soft bio-foam padding. On the chest protector, the soft, flexible liner and bio-foam padding work as an adaptive system that molds to the torso. The central area of the chest and back protectors, directly behind the highly perforated impact grille, is completely open to allow for maximum ventilation.

The chest and back protectors are held securely in place by adjustable shoulder straps. For easy insertion and removal, the removable chest protector features a quick-release magnetic buckle on the left shoulder, while the lower closure is operated via adjustable V-straps that pass through the ventilated chest protectors.
The V-shape distributes the tightening force across a wider area of the back protector, resulting in a more secure and comfortable fit.
Rib protectors provide additional coverage in critical areas.
