It features a completely redesigned visor and inherits the new VAS technology; it is compatible with the Pro Shade System and, thanks to the Diffuser ventilation system developed for the RX-7V, the new fully customizable interior design, and the provision for earphones and glasses, it guarantees a level of comfort simply unprecedented in this segment.

MAIN FEATURES
The SZ-R VAS outer shell is made of PB-CLC2 and has been completely redesigned; thanks to the Super Fiber Belt reinforcement, it is now even more resistant, rigid, and compact.
VAS technology allows the external supports to be installed 14mm lower, making the temple area even smoother to maximize the helmet's ability to slide over obstacles without causing dangerous jamming. Furthermore, thanks to the new visor design developed in the wind tunnel, high-speed stability and the wide field of vision have been improved.
The visor opening and locking system is even easier to operate, even with gloves. For the most demanding long tourers, the SZ-R VAS is Pinlock ready (anti-fog lens optional). Following numerous requests, we have also developed and made available a compatible Pro Shade system, which until now was only available on full-face models.
Attentive observers will also notice that the Brow Vents have been redesigned to make them easier to operate and maximize incoming airflow.
The DF12 Diffusers are the same ones installed on the top-of-the-line RX-7V, and the angle of attack of the Air Wing aerodynamic appendage has been revised to improve high-speed stability and reduce aerodynamic drag.
Thanks to the new interior, the legendary SZ series fit sets a new benchmark. The cheek pads and inner liner (removable and customizable) have been redesigned to distribute pressure even more evenly across the rider's face for a feeling of total comfort and enveloping comfort. The interior also features a removable 5mm layer (Peel-Off) for further customization. The cheek pad foams are coated with a water-resistant layer to protect them from intense use or rain, and a clip has been added to keep the earphones of an intercom system in place, preventing annoying pressure points.
