The RPHA 91 is HJC's new modular touring helmet designed for all-day comfort. The new Premium Integrated Matrix EVO (P.I.M. EVO) shell offers improved impact performance and is lightweight thanks to the use of reinforcement materials that include carbon-aramid, carbon fiber, fiberglass, organic non-woven fabric and flax fiber (natural fiber). The new distortion-free HJ-37 visor and HJ-V17 sun visor offer clear and improved peripheral vision for the rider. Designed to perfection, the chin guard locking system now has a hidden locking point that allows for smooth contact and less pressure on the cheek area. Its design allows to Keep noise levels to a minimum thanks to the 3D interior design that also includes the neck protection system. The specific design of the EPS allows the use of prescription glasses or sunglasses. The RPHA 91 is also ready for the second generation Smart HJC Bluetooth systems.
Meets or exceeds ECE 22.06. Tests include energy attenuation, penetration resistance, chin guard structural integrity and labeling requirements for road motorcycle helmets.

Integrated Sunshield: The anti-fog coated sunshield with smoke tint VISOR opens quickly and easily thanks to the new low-positioned operation system. The new mechanism allows to adjust the depth in 3 different positions according to the morphology and the user's preferences, for an optimal fit.
EMERGENCY KIT: Emergency kit (cheek pads) for a safe and quick rescue in an emergency situation. DOUBLE D-RING RAPID FIRE™ SHIELD REPLACEMENT SYSTEM: A simple and safe ratchet system of the shield provides an ultra-fast and tool-free removal and installation for efficient operations.
Possibility to lock the chin guard when you want to ride in the open position for a safer ride.
The chin guard retracts when the helmet is in the open position to facilitate donning and reduce wind resistance.
In addition, the lower closure system automatically hides in the open position to reduce wind noise and air resistance.
The new two-way chin guard allows the helmet to be more compact (lower than before) and at the same time open to reduce wind noise and air resistance.
The warranty is applicable to manufacturer defects up to 5 years from the date of purchase, or 7 years from the date of manufacture (whichever comes first).
