The RPHA 91 is HJC's new modular touring helmet designed for all-day comfort. The new Premium Integrated Matrix EVO (P.I.M. EVO) shell offers improved impact protection and is lightweight thanks to the use of reinforcement materials including carbon-aramid, carbon fiber, fiberglass, organic non-woven fabric, and flax fiber (natural fiber). The new distortion-free HJ-37 visor and HJ-V17 sun visor offer the rider clear and improved peripheral vision. Perfectly engineered, the chin bar locking system now features a hidden locking point that allows for smooth contact and reduced pressure on the cheek area. Its design keeps noise levels to a minimum thanks to the 3D interior design, which also includes a neck protection system. The specific EPS design allows the use of prescription glasses or sunglasses. The RPHA 91 is also ready for the second generation HJC Bluetooth Smart systems.
It meets or exceeds ECE 22.06 certification. Tests include energy attenuation, penetration resistance, chin bar structural integrity, and labeling requirements for road motorcycle helmets.
The new shell material, including carbon, aramid fiber, carbon, fiberglass, organic non-woven fabric, and natural flax fiber, offers improved impact resistance for a more comfortable and lightweight helmet.
Integrated sunshield: The anti-fog coated sunshield with smoke tint opens quickly and easily thanks to the new low-positioned operating system. The new mechanism allows for three different depth adjustments based on the wearer's morphology and preferences, for an optimal fit.
EMERGENCY KIT: Emergency kit (cheek pads) for safe and rapid rescue in an emergency situation. DOUBLE D-RING RAPID FIRE™ SHIELD REPLACEMENT SYSTEM: A simple and secure shield ratchet system provides ultra-quick, tool-free removal and installation for efficient operations.
The chin guard can be locked when riding in the open position for safer riding.
The chin guard retracts when the helmet is in the open position for easier donning and reduced wind resistance.
In addition, the lower closure system automatically hides in the open position to reduce wind noise and air resistance.
The new two-way chin guard allows the helmet to be more compact (lower than before) while still being open to reduce wind noise and air resistance.
The warranty applies to manufacturer defects for up to 5 years from the date of purchase, or 7 years from the date of manufacture (whichever comes first).
