Designed to perform and protect
Optimized chin guard design for maximum collarbone protection. In addition to the aerodynamic and drag-optimized shell, it is also designed with a recess in the collarbone area to soften any contact with the body. The chin guard is designed to be lightweight and durable, protecting the rider's chin.

The aerodynamic spoiler features a patented release system, also used on the visor of the Alpinestars S-M10 motocross helmet, with elastic joints that help the spoiler detach from the helmet shell if subjected to a significant impact, regardless of the angle. Two spoilers available: Road (standard) and Race - with a more drastic aerodynamic effect.
Side fins support stability and improve aerodynamic drag. The S-R10 helmet features visor turbulators to improve aeroacoustic performance.

Maximum Vision
The lower visor profile and head position are maximized for maximum vision and riding comfort. The sideline is lowered for lateral vision in any position.
Visor Construction
The visor is equipped with pins for attaching a Pinlock 120XLT 100% Max Vision lens. It also comes with pins for attaching tear-off films.

Optical Class 1 Visor
The visor mechanism features metal locking levers to prevent unwanted visor opening during impacts, locked in the closed position by a front metal hook. The kinematic movement is designed to perfectly seal the visor against the rubber gasket of the shell window, keeping it clear of the shell during opening. The quick-release system allows for quick and easy visor replacement without tools.
11 Air Intakes
Chin Ventilation
The chin vent consists of two openings located at the front of the helmet, on either side of the visor locking mechanism. Each opening has a tab in the corner, which is used to open or close the vent. Air entering from this point is channeled towards the inside of the visor, creating a laminar airflow that effectively prevents fogging and condensation.
Chin vents
These are used to expel humid air outside the helmet.
Top ventilation
The large central slider channels air to the top of the head for improved comfort. This, in turn, features vents to extract hot air from the rider's forehead when open.
Rear spoiler
Under the rear spoiler, there are two air outlets for effective hot air extraction.
EPS protection
EPS foam designed to distribute impact-absorbing properties exactly where they are needed.
The EPS features the patented A-Head height and angle adjustment system, developed by Alpinestars and originally used with great success in the S-M10 motocross helmet, to allow the product to be precisely adjusted to the rider's preferences regarding the height and angle at which the helmet sits on the head.
