The i71 pushes the boundaries of a Sport-Touring model with its sleek new shell design. The Advanced Polycarbonate helmet now offers three shells in six available sizes to help optimize weight and rider comfort. The redesigned upper vent with enlarged air intakes allows for increased ventilation. Both the visor and sun visor are also new features in the i71 model. The Pinlock-ready HJ-38 visor features a new PE (Push/Eject) locking system for increased security, yet still easy to use with gloves. The new sun visor (HJ-V12) offers a new three-position option to allow the rider to adjust the depth of the sunscreen (up to 10 mm), offering ideal protection. The i71 is ready for HJC's second-generation Bluetooth Smart systems.
Meets or exceeds ECE 22.06 certification. Tests include energy attenuation, penetration resistance, chin bar structural integrity, and labeling requirements for road motorcycle helmets.
Integrated sunshield: The smoke-tinted, anti-fog coated sunshield opens quickly and easily thanks to the new low-mounted operating system. The new mechanism allows for three different depth adjustments based on the wearer's morphology and preferences for an optimal fit.
The new visor lock is easier to open and more secure thanks to its push-and-release system.
The warranty applies to manufacturer defects for a maximum of three years from the date of purchase or five years from the date of manufacture (whichever comes first).
