The i71 pushes the boundaries for a Sport-Touring model with its new sleek shell design. The Advanced Polycarbonate helmet now has 3 shells in the 6 available sizes to help optimize the weight and comfort of the rider. The reorganized upper vent with enlarged air intakes allows for greater ventilation. Also new to the i71 model are both the visor and the sun visor. The Pinlock-ready HJ-38 visor features a new PE (Push/Eject) locking system for increased security, but still easy to use with gloves. The new sun visor (HJ-V12) offers a new 3-position option to allow the rider to adjust the sunscreen depth (up to 10 mm) offering ideal protection. The i71 is ready for HJC's second generation Bluetooth Smart systems.
Meets or exceeds ECE 22.06. Tests include energy attenuation, penetration resistance, chin guard structural integrity and road motorcycle helmet labeling requirements.
Integrated Sunshield: The smoke tinted, anti-fog coated sunshield opens quickly and easily thanks to the new low-positioned operating system. The new mechanism allows for 3 different depth adjustments to suit the user's morphology and preferences for an optimal fit.
The new visor lock is easier to open and more secure thanks to its push and release system.
The warranty is applicable to manufacturer defects for a maximum of 3 years from the date of purchase or 5 years from the date of manufacture (whichever occurs first).
